METAL SPINNING

Metal spinning performed with template-guided, automatic and machine-learning CNC lathes. We can handle disks with up to 1,100 mm (43.3 in) in diameter with great accuracy. We have our own molds available, but can manufacture custom-made molds as well.

Machine-learning Nova Sidera Hercules 400 CNC lathe, designed for medium to heavy components up to 5 mm (0.2 in) in depth.
Machine-learning Nova Sidera JDS 400 CNC lathe, designed for components up to 2 mm (0.08 in) in depth.
5 template-guided DENN lathes, designed for components up to 1.5 mm (0.06 in) in depth.
